CAROLYN M. MILLER has been the Director and President of the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming, Inc. since 1984. Ms. Miller began her career in Professional Pet Grooming in 1969 as the owner of LePompadour Poodle Parlor in Hamburg, New York. In 1981, upon moving to Rochester, New York, she began instructing at the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming and purchased the school in 1984. Carolyn is a Certified Master Groomer accredited by the National Dog Groomers Association of America
And an Oakland Educational Services certified Pet First Aid instructor.

JANET K. THOMPSON opened Animal Lovers Grooming in her home in June of 1987 after graduating from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming. Janet has been a licensed teacher since 1992.

JULIE HOFFMANN graduated for the New York School of Dog Grooming in 1968. She has operated her own business, Happy Dog Grooming since early 1970. Julie attained Certified Master Groomer status in May of 1995.

SUE DZIEDZIECH has owned and operated Creature Comforts Pet Sitting since l984. In 1990, Sue completed a Feline & Canine Behavioral Course at Cornell University. She
included Professional Pet Grooming to her credentials after graduating from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming, Inc. Sue operates a grooming salon in her home and recently opened a second shop in Ontario, New York.

AMANDA PATTERSON-INZINNA started showing dogs in the early 70's at a young age. In the late 70's she started her career with Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties). Mandy attended SUNY Canton Agricultural Tech. College from 1981 to 1983 obtaining her Associates Degree as an Animal Health Technician. Mandy has worked for various Animal Hospitals both in the Thousand Islands and Rochester, New York. In 1987 Mandy attended the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming to add pet grooming to her show grooming career. In January 1989 she purchased Patterson's Paw Prints and also acquired her Master Groomer Certification. Mandy has been an instructor at the School since 1990.

VICTORIA BOCHORSKI, began showing Irish Setters at the age of 10 and showed at Westminster in 1972 at the age of 12. In 200l, Victoria began showing Briards, and shows and breeds to this day. Victoria graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in January, 2005 and worked for Amanda Patterson at Paw Prints in Hilton from January, 2005 until February, 2006 before opening her own salon, Starbarks Grooming. Victoria began teaching in May, 2007.

SUSAN BRADSHAW, graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in August of 2004. Sue owns and operates Little Charmers Pet Grooming located in Irondequoit, New York.

DEBORAH DEGRAZIA, graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in May 2004. Debi owns and operates H&T Mobile Dog Grooming.

PAULA HEININGER, graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in October 2006. Paula owns and operates Pawla's Pet Salon located in Rush, New York.

FAYTHE MATTERN graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in August of 2002 and is the full-time Office Manager. Faythe graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Faythe administers the Wonderlic Ability to Benefit Tests. Faythe also helps pick up the slack on grooming when we get behind.

KATHERINE LABENSKI, is the assistant to the Director and Office Manager. Katie also administers the Wonderlic Ability to Benefit Tests. Katie is a graduate of Buffalo State College with a Bachelors Degree in Geography.
